My Pittsburgh City Garden 2010!

Last year was my first real attempt at a garden, and we dug up most of our front yard and converted it to beds. We managed to grow far more things than my pessimism had allowed me to hope for, but I also learned many things that will make this year's garden even better. Here is a brief (ha) history of our first attempt at a city garden in pictures...this year we'll be keeping up with it post by post:

Honestly I wasn't really sure what I wanted to do with this blog, but my growing obsession with my Pittsburgh city garden has directed the focus for me right now. Planning is in full swing and there are so many things we'd like to do that I will just start stashing it all here.
